We are thrilled to have received four outstanding applications for the fourth edition of our program! Graduate students from across departments came together, bringing forward truly innovative ideas.

Today, we are excited to announce the two selected projects for the 2025-2026 Program. Check out their video pitches below, presented in no particular order.

Let’s give a big round of applause to both teams! We are eager to support them on their journey as they bring their ideas to life. They will be sharing updates on their research during our Fall 2025 seminar, with final results coming in Spring 2026.

“Carbon Nanotube Decorated Photocrosslinked Microgels as pH and Temperature Sensors” – by Kyle Stegman (Saravanamuttu group), Heather Sweny (Stover group), Daniel Hrabowyj (Adronov group) and Adam Fortier (Saravanamuttu/Vargas group)
